Inquiry & Order Confirmation

Customer submits requirements:

• Destination Country
• Quantity
• Configuration Requirements

We provide quotations and confirm all order details.

Initial Payment (30% Deposit)

After the customer pays the 30% deposit, the order officially enters the execution phase.

• Vehicle allocation or production arrangement
• Order locking
• Vehicle configuration confirmation

Note: This phase ensures order validity before entering production or vehicle allocation procedures.

Vehicle Preparation & Quality Check

During vehicle preparation, we carry out the following work:

• Completion of vehicle allocation or production
• Pre-delivery inspection
• Verification of exterior appearance and configurations

To ensure vehicles comply with order requirements.

Inspection & VIN Confirmation

Prior to vehicle shipment, we will provide:

• Actual vehicle photos
• VIN confirmation
• Vehicle footage
• Final configuration verification

Clients can fully confirm vehicle condition at this stage.

Final Payment (70% Balance)

After the customer confirms the vehicle information, the 70% balance payment shall be settled.

• The vehicles are confirmed physically available
• All information is transparent and verifiable
• VIN codes and vehicle footage have been provided

Shipping Arrangement

After balance payment is completed, we will arrange:

• Vessel space booking
• Shipment from port
• Container loading
• Logistics tracking

Transit & Shipping Updates

During transit, we provide:

• Vessel status updates
• Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
• Port information

Arrival & Support

After vehicles arrive at the destination port, we provide:

• Customs clearance document support
• Logistics communication support
• Arrival information assistance
• Vehicle collection guidance support
