What Information Is Included in the Sales Contract?
Once you have selected a vehicle and confirmed the price, we will sign an official Sales Contract (SC) with you and issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for payment and customs clearance purposes.
The contract will clearly state the payment terms, our official receiving bank account, the delivery schedule and full vehicle details. After signing the contract, you will be required to pay a deposit. Once the deposit is received, we will provide the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and a complete vehicle inspection video clearly showing the VIN and the vehicle’s actual condition. The vehicle will be reserved for you after the VIN inspection video has been provided. -
How Can I Inspect the Vehicle Before Shipping?
After receiving your deposit, we will send you a complete vehicle inspection video. The video will clearly show the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), exterior, interior and overall condition of the vehicle, allowing you to verify it before shipping.

Please send us the vehicle model and quantity you require. We will provide you with the latest and most accurate export quotation based on current inventory and market conditions. -
What Are Your Payment Terms for Vehicle Orders?
We use a deposit-and-balance payment structure. After signing the Sales Contract (SC) and confirming the Proforma Invoice (PI), you will be required to pay a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the vehicle is shipped.
For transaction security, we only accept bank transfers to the official corporate bank account of Henan Dianzhou Automobile Service Co., Ltd. -
